Emissions Connect - Customer Success Manager

DNV has developed Emissions Connect, a highly successful digital service enabling the maritime industry to meet decarbonization regulations by equipping stakeholders with an efficient system to continuously report, monitor, control and manage emissions performance of ships – from raw data to sustainable operations.

We are now seeking a motivated and qualified professional to join our customer success team. The right candidate wants to work for a greener shipping environment by helping clients follow industry regulations and meet environmental targets. We are looking for someone who is: eager to see things through to completion, service-minded, open to receiving feedback, and confident enough to provide guidance and advice to our clients.

In the role, you will:

  • Manage onboarding of trial and subscription customers
  • Be responsible for a set of key clients globally, and provide guidance and training in the use of our applications through regular meetings
  • Seek customer feedback and report improvements to the product team
  • Work with the product team and customers in the development of new features and modules
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and overall customer health
  • Work with the Emissions Connect team to continuously improve the way we work
  • Monitor and reply to customer inquiries and issues reported through our Helpdesk

About you

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in e.g. Business, Marine/Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Environmental Studies, HSEQ, or other relevant background
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry
  • Knowledge of maritime/environmental regulations
  • Fast learner and self-driven behavior
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Digital and networking skills
