To perform well in this role, we are looking for an experienced Critical Capabilities and Learning Manager to join our People Organization. You will be reporting to Annette Franck, VP - Global Organizational Development, and you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and enhancing our key abilities across COWI Globally. This role will focus on designing and implementing learning strategies that enhance our employees' skills and capabilities, ensuring that we sustain a primary position in our industry with the right people on board.

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on critical capability assessments, support decision-making and promoting organizational growth as well as develop actions to address capability gaps and enhance core skills.
  • Own the development and management of learning frameworks, aligning training strategies with organizational goals to enhance employee skills.
  • Consult with leaders and co-design with subject matter experts to build robust solutions for upskilling.
  • Close collaboration with Strategic Workforce Planning team and stakeholders in People & Organization and business leaders to oversee implementation.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and educational institutions to leverage best practices and innovative training approaches and monitor industry trends.

You have the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational strategy and foster a culture of continuous learning. The first step to do well in this role is that you are great at collaborating with the people around you and curious about our projects and the market to be able to set our customers up for success with our expertise and our skilled workforce. You can identify yourself with our values and you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, in Learning and Performance, Training and Development or similar is preferred.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Organisational development, Learning and development Talent Management or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale learning projects and programs in a complex and international environment.
  • Proficient analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking, agile to adapt to changing business demands.
