About Group functions
Group functions in DNV are experts on finance and accounting, human resources, communication and sustainability, legal, tax and compliance – providing company-wide support, governance and strategic projects. Group also includes our strategic Research and Development unit, which provides science-based insights and foresight to tackle transformations and challenges across the industries we serve.
About the role
As a Corporate Editor and Campaign Manager you will produce high-quality content that supports DNV’s strategic goals and thought leadership ambitions and manage company-wide campaigns and projects.
Working closely with subject matter experts and our researchers in DNV you edit and produce some of DNV’s flagship publications, transforming our experts’ research and insights into highly engaging, quality content that helps position DNV as a thought leader within a range of strategic topics, such as the energy transition, digital trust, sustainability, healthcare, and more. To that end, you will also produce and align content for other channels, such as web articles, editorials, and events and manage campaigns to increase engagement and reach of our audiences.
Main responsibilities:
- Write and edit thought leadership content (in English)
- Plan and manage campaigns to promote thought leadership content
- Project manage and edit DNV flagship publications, including co-ordination of design agency
- Develop and manage content ideas for various formats and channels (web articles, blogs, SoMe podcast, video, PR, events, etc.)
- Manage content plans and campaigns with internal and external stakeholders

You will report to the Head of Group Brand and Marketing Communications. The position is based at our headquarters outside Oslo in Hovik, Norway.

About you
- You are a passionate writer and have completed a university degree in journalism, political science, communications, engineering or similar.
- You have a minimum of three years of professional work experience as a writer or editor, journalist, PR consultant, communications advisor or similar.
- You have outstanding (preferably native) English writing skills.
- You enjoy doing thorough research on the topics you write about and it is a big plus if you have knowledge about the energy industry.
- Crafting engaging messages, tuned to the audience, context, channel and sender, is second nature for you.
- You have good business acumen and learn fast, especially about complex, technology-heavy topics.
- You get things done, while elegantly managing multiple internal and external stakeholder expectations, and you can manage many projects simultaneously.
- You are a self-starter and good networker, with strong communication skills and intercultural competence
