Contract Leads

We are looking for a Contract Leads for our client at Kårstø

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the client's procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements
• Hold the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers
• Take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:
  - Lead contract establishment
  - Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
  - Act as commercial leader in tender processes
  - Implement and operationalise new agreements (frame agreements and single source)
  - Manage agreement
  - Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximise value for the client
  - Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements)
  - Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational responsibilities

Competence Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage
• We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague
• English and Norwegian language.
