About the role

Key tasks for the Certification Support role:

  • Perform support tasks related to our certification services
  • Update the different external databases with required information, as EUDAMED and MDSAP Database
  • Generate reports to our external stakeholders
  • Planning of assessment, technical reviews
  • Support Certification Managers in cancellation, suspension and withdrawal of certificates
  • Legalization of certificates
  • Follow-up falsified certificates

About you

Position Qualifications:

  • Educational background relevant to the role
  • Experience in working within a multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge in use of different IT tools
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian is required

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively, especially under tight deadlines
  • Proven experience working independently, with a strong initiative in planning and prioritizing workloads
  • A collaborative and appreciative approach to teamwork
