About the role
Key tasks for the Certification Support role:
- Perform support tasks related to our certification services
- Update the different external databases with required information, as EUDAMED and MDSAP Database
- Generate reports to our external stakeholders
- Planning of assessment, technical reviews
- Support Certification Managers in cancellation, suspension and withdrawal of certificates
- Legalization of certificates
- Follow-up falsified certificates

About you
Position Qualifications:
- Educational background relevant to the role
- Experience in working within a multicultural environment
- Good knowledge in use of different IT tools
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is required
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively, especially under tight deadlines
- Proven experience working independently, with a strong initiative in planning and prioritizing workloads
- A collaborative and appreciative approach to teamwork
