You will be an integral part of the Executive Business Development Leadership Team and COWI Group Leadership Team and will report to the Group Chief Business Development Director for our Large Buildings sector.
As Executive Business Development Director your key responsibility will be to implement and execute the FUTURE-NOW strategy in collaboration with the Large Buildings sector leadership team which includes all facets of client development and market activities in this sector.
Additionally, your main responsibilities will be:
- To define and implement the overall business development strategies and account management structure, and direct business development efforts to support, grow, and strengthen COWI’s Large Buildings business, order backlog generation, and capture rate.

Develop the framework and market structure required for strategic growth
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you. Like us, you believe that great leadership comes from building purpose and inspiring others. Encouraging them to apply their experience in their work, and moving their performance forward through dialogue is at the centre of what you do.
