BIM Management in Norway

Do you want to work with digital collaboration and deliverables among all disciplines involved in the project? We are always on the lookout for consultant engineers to work as advisors, discipline leaders and project managers within the BIM field.

Working with BIM & Digitalisation in projects in the Buildings division in COWI, you will become part of one of our largest divisions with approximately 650 employees. We find that people thrive and develop when encouraged to follow their passions in cooperation with colleagues. Therefore, we have developed a learning environment where digital talents are challenged to find new ways of digitizing our business.

Building and construction is currently faced with a big boost in the field of green transformation and digitalisation, and the premises for this are being laid in an early phase. We want to be a driving force in collaboration with our customers in the work towards sustainable buildings and are proud of our contribution to shaping the society around us. Our BIM vision

We will:

• Create more value for our customers and COWI with BIM as enabler for improved efficiency on our way of working
• Develop people and ensure that all employees understand the importance and consequences of BIM in relation to their project role
• Explore the use of model- based project execution for all design disciplines
• Make sure that BIM roles, processes and tools are aligned, standardized and well-defined
• Formalize BIM-deliverables in the way we do Project Management, in the Quality Management System and when engaging customers
