Responsibilities
- Play a key role in building the capacity needed to support our future growth
- Lead and collaborate on automation projects (robots/cobots, adhesive dispensing, etc.)
- Develop and program smart automation solutions
- Bring automation solutions to life through implementation and qualification
- Drive continuous improvements
Qualifications
- A technical degree (BSc or MSc) in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with production automation and/or robotics is an advantage
- A curious, proactive, and analytical approach, with the ability to understand the bigger picture
- Comfortable communicating in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
