SIGNAL is part of ISS and a global excellence center in the field of strategic workplace management and design. We are a consultancy working with design of spaces as a strategic tool to better performance by linking corporate, people and facility performance. We link people and culture with the future strategies of organizations, to increase and create new value. Signal consists of 40 employees, with offices in Oslo, Copenhagen and London.

In Norway we have 12 employees with broad expertise in organization and management, change management, user involvement, architecture and design. We have customers in both the public and private sectors. Our customers include everything from large global companies, government agencies and several customers within the education sector.
